Its all matter of love - Edward Raghul

A non-famous but hardcore rationalist, a memer Reshma Rathi once said, "stop being rationale and start romanticising". When the question "why" is asked to her regarding the statement, she told, reasoning everything made her to feel depressed and frustated at a point and also she lose enjoying the moment. Her mind isnt feeling fresh, she is literally depressed.

Being a rationale have to be in a limit and exceeding the limit may affect your mental health. Ofcourse, rationalism progress our human into a next level and it made us to think in a developed state but we humans too from animals, and we claim ourself as "socialised animals". Being rationale creating a gap between animals (which includes emotion, love, family, everything) and humans in the name of progress. It also gives us an utopian view over many topics (as if in communism) which isn't practically possible and make us to act against nature. So, without relationship, we can't imagine a human's life.

A guy or a girl who are in a relationship faces these additional benefits than who are not in a relationship

1. Coupled person are devoid/less chance to affect with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustments in public, suicidal behaviour. Because the coupled guys are not feeling lonely but the opponent is! (Source:- American journal of Sociology - 2002 review)

2. Coupled people are less prone to physical thermal pain. This is because their physical reward system is active - dopamine is active. So, love/relationship is a drug-free pain remedy as the feelings of euphoria assosiates with love feelings activates physical reward system (source:- 2010 study of PLoS one)

3. When we are nuts about someone, especially in early stages of relationship, it releases hormones which makes us happier (source:- 2010, University of Chicago and Northwestern University, cortisol, a stress hormone maintains and moderates our stress level, gets released when we are in a relationship. 2005, Journal of neurophysiology, Dopamine gets released in couples more than in singles)

4. People in love, live 50% longer with no social-economic factors. Their heart, insuline, immune system functions well than uncoupled ones and reduces the chance of getting dementia (a chronic mental disorder)

Apart from these, guys/girls in a relationship support each other to win in an exams, to survive in this cruel world, to develop good habits, to look attractive, to become an icon for many, to focus on his/her career. These guys feel more motivated than others who are single/uncoupled.

For example,
A guy named Freud, tries to impress his girlfriend. Before that he never impressed anyone and there is no need for him to do it. Now, he learnt, knews why he wants to impress someone and how he wants yo impress too. Its a main psychology behind advertising and branding. Everything needs to be branded and advertised. He may excel little better as if he tried to impress his girlfriend. These are some untold benefits of relationship

Juliette cares for her Freud, when he goes to a wrongpath, leaving his aim and destiny, along with his craze leaving the discipline for his aim, Juliette is the only girl who shaped Freud. Neither his friends nor his parents did this. So, the importance of love cant be explained apart from this.

Relationship makes a teenagers into a complete man/woman to take responsibility, make them to commit into a work and take that work serious to complete in a proper way. It makes their hormones to function properly, in a right way. It makes us to treat and accept negatives and failures equally to the success and enjoying moments. It makes us mentally matured with a progressive mental health.

How being into a relationship benefits us, the same way being in a toxic relationship affects us a lot. Anger/fighting couples may prone to weaker immune systems and their children may get affected which creates a vicious cycle. Breaking that cycle isn't an easy task too. So, know your partner, join with them and move away if you feel its a toxic relationship. My wishes for the readers to get in a good relationship as soon as possible and enjoy your life!

Freud Utters #1

Despite my parents' illogical, corrupt minds, illiteracy, jealousy, greed, dominating, narcissistic and inhumane behaviors, I too am raised in a similar way. Furthermore, they are problematic, find issues even in the perfect situation, and refuse to face reality. Therefore, I must correct everything they mistakenly do every time. It is true that I have done every thing ahead of my knowledge and experience, but I still make mistakes which hang me up like a sack of potatoes. Multiple times a day, at least three to four times a day, they showed unreasonable anger towards me. I am in an unbearable situation as a result of this. The syllabus telling us that our parents are king or queen by the time I'm in class 3 or 4. It somehow dawned on me by the end of 5th grade that they were wrong. My problem is that I do not know how to solve it. In addition, they failed to teach me vital skills that a man has to learn, rather they emphasized religion and incorporated jealousy and
